The Calendar Controls are grayed out. Why can't I use the Calendar Controls?

The Calendar Controls can only be used on reports that it makes sense to use it on. For example, you cannot change the date for the General Summary and several monthly reports, since this shows a summary of statistics. In the Calendar Summary, you can only change the month, since this summarizes a month's worth of material. However, most other reports should allow you to change the date. You can only change the date on these other reports and only to a date that has data.
