Return Visitor: WebSTAT defines a “return visitor” as a visitor that has been to your website at least once on a previous day.

This report gives you information on how many days most of your returning visitors stay away from your site before coming back again. This is very useful to assess the interest level of your returning visitors. It may help you decide that content on your site needs to be updated more frequently if your visitors are staying away for long periods of time, etc.
