| How do I renew my account? |
You can renew you account at any time by following these steps:
1. Log into WebSTAT
2. Go to the control panel
3. Click on pre pay link under the site that you would like to renew. Depending on the current status of your site, it will either say “Extend your subscription period and pre-renew” or “Your subscription has expired/is about to expire. Please renew your subscription now to ensure that your service is not interrupted.”
4. Verify your information.
5. Choose the subscription period for which you would like to renew. WebSTAT will take the date your original subscription ends, or the estimated date that you will run out of page views, (whichever comes first) and add the additional subscription time onto that date.
6. Choose the number of page views per month that you would like to purchase. WebSTAT will take the number of remaining page views, or the estimates number of page views you will use before your original subscription ends, (whichever is lower) and add that to the additional page views that you buy.
7. Choose the payment method. If you choose credit card, you have the option to auto-renew your subscription. Otherwise, an invoice will be mailed to you.
