You can track multiple sites on one account or several accounts. If you track your sites on one account, the statistics will be together and the page views will count together. If you track on separate accounts, your statistics will be separated and your page views will be counted separately.
Tracking Multiple Sites on one Accounts
On each account, you can register up to five domains. This was originally intended for mirror sites (sites with the same content), but you could use it for different sites. The code tags would be the same. The statistics would be joined together and will be counted together for the total number of page views. You could put the code tags on more than five domains, though you will loose some functionality, such as stripping the url of tracked domains. If your sites are small and you don’t mind having the statistics together, this is the best option for you.
Tracking Multiple Sites on Multiple Accounts
If you need your statistics to be separated, then this is the best option for you. You can still get to all of your sites with one login, but the billing and statistics are separate. The page views also count separately, so you are less likely to go up to the next pay bracket. You could also use this option is you have a particularly large site and want to separate different sections of your page.
